The Fusion Experience and LeadNow at Northland Church in Orlando

Our generation is hitting a “midlife crisis.” We aren’t waiting to ask the big question: What is my purpose? We are looking for ways to significantly impact our friends, community and the world.

That is why here at RightNow, we have created two national conferences, the Fusion Experience and LeadNow. The Fusion Experience is an event for all 20 and 30-somethings who want their lives to reflect their faith. LeadNow is an event for ministry leaders who are unleashing 20 and 30-somethings to action.

The 2007 Fusion Experience in Dallas sold out, having their biggest crowd and strongest line-up with over 2,400 in attendance. There were 40 ministries to help attendees connect their passions and skills to specific outreach opportunities. Attendees sent hundreds of Bibles to China, helped to build an orphanage for children in Africa, provided eight micro-loans for oppressed women, sponsored over 20 children and fed an entire village. This April, RightNow is aiming to gather 500 leaders for LeadNow and 2,000 for the Fusion Experience.

Best-selling author of Blue like Jazz, Donald Miller says, “I’ve been looking forward to this event since the last one. I get to speak at a lot of events, but this is one of my favorites. It’s a genius idea.”

“The RightNow Campaign’s heart for this generation is authentic and contagious,” Orlando North Community Church, Orlando, FL.

“The DC event had a huge impact on our young adult group,” Dranesville UMC, Herndon, VA.

“What I like about Rightnow is that it is centered on calling the church out to care about the world. And that’s not only needed…It is what will change this time in history,” Erwin McManus, pastor and author.
