Meredith - Working in Micro-enterprise with Hope International in Moldova

Meredith contacted RightNow as a college senior with a desire to use her business degree to help people in poverty. Meredith was excited about micro-finance, which would help provide individuals with small loans to begin a profitable business and ultimately help them move out of poverty. Meredith’s RightNow mission coach helped her discover an opportunity with Hope International to serve in micro-finance. She will complete a three month internship in Hope’s US office before moving to Moldova later this year to put what she has learned into practice.
