The RightNow Campaign celebrates its 2,000th Opportunity

We are a movement of 20 & 30 somethings who are passionate about serving Jesus Christ. We are fed up with mediocrity and we want our lives to count for something. We recognize and even submit to the simple, yet profound truth that Jesus Christ alone is the hope for our world. That’s why we have chosen to become Traders. We are trading in our pursuit of the American Dream for a world that desperately needs Christ. We have much, while the majority of the world lives with very little. We can help. Since 2000, The RightNow Campaign has helped thousands of 20 & 30 somethings become traders. Our team of Mission Coaches follows up with each person who is connected to RightNow with personal phone calls to learn their story. It is during this follow-up process that individuals explore how their passions and skills can be used in literally thousands of places to make an impact for Christ.


In 2006, our team of Mission Coaches watched as Brian from Florida, was connected to the 1,000th opportunity. Brian’s passion for photography brought him to Africa and back as he documented the ministry of a team of missionaries working with an organization called Pioneers.

Brian’s story represented a milestone for our ministry. Never before had we seen 1,000 places in the world touched by the life and sacrifice of the 20 & 30 somethings we poured our hearts into. In the last two years, our team has watched another 1,000 stories unfold and it’s time to countdown again.

The RightNow Campaign celebrated our 2,000th opportunity this week. We will be posting stories of individuals who are trading in their pursuits in exchange for the opportunity to make Christ known where he is not.
