Introduction to Elizabeth

My name is Elizabeth, I am from Georgia, and I am 26 years old. I have been a Christian since I was 8 years old and I have really grown in my faith through the years. School is a fun thing for me…NOT, I have attended three colleges, but I have not finished. It is on my list of things to do before I die so it will be done! I know that it will be something that always hangs over my head even if school is a struggle for me. I love music, movies and hanging out with people. I am a people person and I am giver (that is what my roommate says). I want to help others is the bottom-line.
I have gone on about 15 short-term trips in my life, but in September I went to Kenya and it changed my life. Before the trip, I was in a low place and I did not want to go on the trip. God had a different plan for me and when I got back, I realized that as a single female this was the time to leave. I really started praying and reading “Intentional Living” and I knew it was time to cast the nets. So I am casting daily, each day is truly a new feeling, and I am really learning the God is the only one that I need to listen to. I also like to study a person in the Bible when I am heading into a big journey. I am walking with Abraham and it has been eye opening and humbling. I am not perfect just seeking Christ and trying to do exactly what HE wants and not what I want.
